Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.
Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards.
Support field logistics including deliveries, mobilizations, and inspections.

Experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams and managing subcontractor deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Eligible to work in controlled or high-security environments (as applicable).
Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Buildertrend, or SAP.
Organization & Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to restoration, utilities, or building systems projects preferred.
