As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing go-to-market strategies and increasing market share within your region. You’ll develop business plans, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to achieve revenue goals. While the role doesn’t directly manage internal staff, it requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to support independent sales reps and distributors.
This is a hybrid position with one work-from-home day per week when not traveling. The role involves up to 25% travel, primarily to customers, partners, and trade shows across Europe.
