Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance emergencies
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Maintain property grounds by removing trash, leaves, branches, and other debris to keep common areas clean and attractive
Support the completion of unit turnovers and make-readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning as needed
Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally
Deliver notices and communications to residents as directed by management
Assist in preventative maintenance efforts to extend the life of property systems and equipment
