Tasks

-Enforce compliance with UAE regulations and international lifting standards -Investigate lifting incidents and implement corrective actions -Maintain detailed records of lifting activities, inspections, and approvals -Review and approve lifting plans submitted by contractors and subcontractors -Conduct risk assessments and method statement reviews for complex lifts -Lead toolbox talks and training sessions on lifting safety and rigging practices -Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors on lifting-related matters -Monitor crane operations, rigging setups, and personnel certifications -Support construction sequencing with lifting logistics and access planning -Coordinate with site supervision teams to schedule and monitor critical lifts -Ensure lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use

What You Bring

-Certification in Lifting Operations / Rigging (e.g., LOLER, CPCS, or equivalent) -Proven experience in construction management or supervision environments -Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams -Familiarity with heavy equipment, mobile cranes, tower cranes, and specialized lifting gear -Bachelor's degree in an engineering field. -Strong understanding of KSA safety regulations and international lifting codes -Ability to assess and mitigate risks in high-complexity lifting scenarios
