Enforce compliance with UAE regulations and international lifting standards
Investigate lifting incidents and implement corrective actions
Maintain detailed records of lifting activities, inspections, and approvals
Review and approve lifting plans submitted by contractors and subcontractors
Conduct risk assessments and method statement reviews for complex lifts
Lead toolbox talks and training sessions on lifting safety and rigging practices
Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors on lifting-related matters
Monitor crane operations, rigging setups, and personnel certifications
Support construction sequencing with lifting logistics and access planning
Coordinate with site supervision teams to schedule and monitor critical lifts
Ensure lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use

Certification in Lifting Operations / Rigging (e.g., LOLER, CPCS, or equivalent)
Proven experience in construction management or supervision environments
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with heavy equipment, mobile cranes, tower cranes, and specialized lifting gear
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
Strong understanding of KSA safety regulations and international lifting codes
Ability to assess and mitigate risks in high-complexity lifting scenarios
