This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment, onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR compliance.
Provide outstanding customer service and support.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Drive new business by identifying and connecting with potential clients.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
