

Technology‑enabled geospatial services including land surveying, aerial data collection and 3D laser scanning
The Licensed Surveyor role within the Operations department reports to the Senior Surveyor and/or Operations Manager and offers flexible remote work options. This position is responsible for planning, performing, and overseeing surveying projects to deliver accurate, high‑quality results while adhering to professional standards and state licensure requirements.
Key duties involve coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources with clients and team members, serving as the primary technical point of contact, and providing regular progress updates. The Surveyor conducts or supervises boundary, topographic, construction, and other surveys, ensures data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and prepares detailed reports, maps, plats, and legal descriptions. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance reviews, comprehensive documentation maintenance, invoicing support, and risk identification with practical mitigation solutions.
Ideal candidates preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field and possess licensure in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. They should have experience with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, strong knowledge of surveying principles, standards, and applicable laws, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, and related software. Excellent communication, organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as needed are also required.
