Track and update builder contact information in project management software system
Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project status
Aid in preparing builder and company jobsite specific safety plans
Coordinate with Markade Supervisor for job walk for scope and spec review
Review contractual documents, safety plans, and project specifications
Coordinate pre-mob scope and spec meeting with Markade foreman
Communicate with project manager on change orders and pricing
Interface with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal Markade teams as needed
Work closely with the purchasing team and general contractors to facilitate a prompt and precise submittal process.
Contribute to training plans and personal development for project management team
Participate in scope review and sub coordination meetings
Ensure up-to-date drawings and spec books are being utilized
Champion of company culture and crew development
Verify installation aligns with plans/specs/ and the contract scope of work (this includes jobsite visits at the closure of each critical phase of work).
Track and manage RFI's
Assist in the adherence to project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
Aid in the development of new project management systems and procedures
Conduct plan reviews, revisions, updates, as built drawings, and plan markups.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop plumbing designs that meet regulatory standards and client specifications
Comply with and contribute to expectations for quality and team standards
Ensure that all project manuals, specification books, submittals, Geotech reports, and other supporting documents are collected, comprehended, and adhered to

5+ years working in a construction field (Plumbing Preferred)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations (Preferred)
Thorough understanding of the construction process and construction drawings
Excellent analytical, communication, and people skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management (Preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience in BlueBeam, BuilderTrend and BuildOps (a bonus), and other project management software
