Experience in proposal development and government funded programs (e.g., DoE, DoD, and other governmental agencies)
PhD or Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
Combined academic and industry expertise in power grid operation, control, modeling and simulation
Familiarity and experience with corporate research and development workstyle, technical presentation, idea proposing and project execution
Leadership skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
