- Participer à la réalisation de documents de planification, de guides, d’analyses, d’amendements règlementaires, etc.;
- Réaliser des documents de présentation de projets;
- Participer à la réalisation d’études diverses dans le domaine de l’aménagement : collecter les données, analyser et interpréter l’information, préparer des rendus cartographiques et rédiger;
- Accompagner les promoteurs dans le processus de planification des projets;
- Cadre de travail et projets stimulants.
- Participer à la préparation d’offres de services professionnels pour des mandats de nature privée et publique;
- Assurer la qualité des livrables;
- Réaliser des analyses réglementaires et des analyses de conformité;
- Assurer la relation client dans le but de fournir une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.

- Baccalauréat en urbanisme ou formation jugée équivalente;
- Salaire concurrentiel;
- Maîtrise de la langue anglaise, à l’oral et à l’écrit (un atout);
- Membre de l’Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (un atout);
- Sens élevé de l’observation et du détail, rigueur et minutie;
- Participer à l’élaboration de concepts d’aménagement à différentes échelles en fonction des mandats;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office et de la suite Adobe;
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en urbanisme;
- Suivre les activités, les échéanciers et les budgets prévus aux mandats;
- Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCad et Civil 3D (un atout);
- Sens du travail d’équipe, débrouillardise et fiabilité.
- Maîtrise de la langue française, à l’oral et à l’écrit;
- Jouer un rôle de coordination auprès des disciplines connexes dans le cadre de projets multidisciplinaires à l’interne et à l’externe : environnement, géomatique, géotechnique, arpentage, civil, architecture du paysage, architecture, ingénierie du bâtiment, etc.;
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction;
- Capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités;
