  • Baccalauréat en urbanisme ou formation jugée équivalente;
  • Salaire concurrentiel;
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise, à l’oral et à l’écrit (un atout);
  • Membre de l’Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (un atout);
  • Sens élevé de l’observation et du détail, rigueur et minutie;
  • Participer à l’élaboration de concepts d’aménagement à différentes échelles en fonction des mandats;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office et de la suite Adobe;
  • Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en urbanisme;
  • Suivre les activités, les échéanciers et les budgets prévus aux mandats;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCad et Civil 3D (un atout);
  • Sens du travail d’équipe, débrouillardise et fiabilité.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française, à l’oral et à l’écrit;
  • Jouer un rôle de coordination auprès des disciplines connexes dans le cadre de projets multidisciplinaires à l’interne et à l’externe : environnement, géomatique, géotechnique, arpentage, civil, architecture du paysage, architecture, ingénierie du bâtiment, etc.;
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction;
  • Capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités;
