- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI to provide real-time reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Support end users by providing training and ongoing technical assistance for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint tools.
- Maintain and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to recommend enhancements.
- Integrate and customize SharePoint solutions to support business collaboration, document management, and process automation.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation from various sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Work closely with our external partners’ data engineers, database administrators, and IT teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
- Continuously monitor BI system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements , translating them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation.
- JavaScript for Dynamics customization preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in SQL preferred
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or AI tools integrated with the Power Platform preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or SharePoint are highly desirable.
- FSA and HSA
- Dynamics Sales CRM experience preferred
- Extensive experience with Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
