Completes all required reports in a timely manner.
Prepares project schedules in collaboration with project staff and the Scheduling Department.
Assists with material procurement, ensuring the confirmation of materials on hand prior to production.
Assists with preparation of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.
Attends weekly OAC coordination meetings and calls.
Maintains and organizes project-specific tasks, including submittal approvals and RFI management.
Supports scheduling, budgeting, and project implementation with input from project managers.
Assists with managing change orders with clients, architects, and engineers.
Assists with the preparation of the schedule of values and project planning for approval by management.

At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in a project support role.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
