Document Controller

• Keep digital and physical records up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with company procedures.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure workflows are efficient and audit-ready.
• Manage and maintain all site and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
• Make a real impact on how smoothly and efficiently projects are delivered.
• Support large-scale residential developments from early stages through to completion.
• Use platforms like Asite, Aconex, or Viewpoint to track documents, approvals, and changes.
• Coordinate the flow of documentation between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and head office.
• Ensure accurate version control and that information is shared with the right people at the right time.
• Be part of delivering well-designed, energy-efficient homes across North Dublin.

Design Build Search is currently recruiting a Document Controller with residential construction experience on behalf of our client, a well-established developer-builder based in Blanchardstown.
