

Builds and manages NSW's integrated transport network: roads, rail, ferries, light rail and infrastructure.
You’re a team player with a keen eye for detail and experience working in similar environments. Practical and adaptable, you learn quickly, communicate effectively, and enjoy being physically active while performing outdoor manual tasks that involve using hand tools and equipment in a collaborative setting.
Essential requirements include prior experience as a Road Worker (Grade 1–3) or similar civil construction labouring role, a current Construction Industry White Card, an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence, and willingness to undertake any required licensing, training or ticketing.
Preferred, but not essential, qualifications are Traffic Control tickets and a Medium Rigid to Heavy Rigid truck licence.
Additional requirements are residing within 100 km of the Yass depot and being prepared to work outside normal hours, attend call‑outs, travel across the district, and work away from home when required.
