Schedules supply based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines, Works with local production planning Manager, local Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) Manager, and operations leadership to resolve issues, Provides input about capacity and output into S&OP and short-term planning processes, Engages in capacity management during S&OP, master scheduling, materials requirements planning, and production activity control.
Manage On time delivery (OTD) metric for production review and root cause late orders, pareto and lead Continuous Improvement Projects, ECN Process - Represent production planning and drive planning actions as part of the ECN process, Maintains planning parameters in ERP and Advanced Planning System Portal.
Assembles master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan, Identifies current planned level of demand and creates tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand and Works with Planning and Fulfillment and Product Management to determine published weekly production lead times.
