Beyond delivery, this role is a coach and mentor, teaching squad members and business leaders how to apply agile principles to maximize value delivery. You will empower teams to take ownership of their work, embed continuous improvement, and ensure that agile is used as a strategic tool to drive measurable business outcomes.
Under the guidance of Transformation Office leadership, the Agile Delivery Lead will manage agile squads, prioritize backlogs, track delivery KPIs, and align squad execution with strategic business goals.
The Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for seamless squad execution and driving the success of the Business Transformation program. You will set the standard for rigor in agile ceremonies, continuously raising the squad’s ability to deliver measurable process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives. At the heart of the transformation, this role ensures that redesigned processes are implemented effectively, squads operate efficiently, and value streams achieve their improvement targets—directly impacting operational excellence across the organization.
- Promote discipline, rigor, and consistency across all agile practices to maximize efficiency and delivery quality.
- Execution Excellence & Ownership: Applies a structured approach to backlog management and agile delivery. Follows through with urgency and accountability.
- Collaborative Engagement: Engages cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Builds trust and alignment across squads.
- Mentor business leaders on how to leverage agile ways of working to support value delivery.
- Coach squad members on agile principles, practices, and techniques to increase their ability to deliver value.
- Note: occasional travel may be required to support cross-site collaboration.
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ensure seamless squad execution by setting the bar for agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
- Continuous Improvement & Initiative: Seeks opportunities to enhance processes. Promotes learning, efficiency, and adoption of new tools.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coordinate dependencies across squads through Scrum of Scrums.
- Act as the go-to person for agile delivery and transformation inquiries.
- Track and report on squad progress, velocity, and KPIs (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation adoption).
- Set value stream improvement targets and track progress toward achieving them.
- Support governance activities, risk management, and reporting.
- Systems Thinking & Builder Mindset: Connects processes within the business system. Builds scalable solutions with long-term impact.
- Manage and prioritize the transformation backlog, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI use cases.
- Partner with Value Stream Owners to ensure backlog items align with strategic business goals.

We are seeking a highly organized, results driven professional with a strong background in agile delivery, project management, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and measurable processes.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or transformation roles.
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and business process mapping.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona
- Experience in process transformation, digitalization, automation, or AI-driven initiatives.
- Experience working in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP with agile experience.
- Adaptability & Drive: Navigates change with a go-getter attitude. Maintains high execution standards under pressure.
