The role is a permanent staff position responsible for leading the pursuit effort on large‑scale infrastructure projects. The incumbent will coordinate pre‑construction, design, and estimating teams, prepare technical and pricing proposals, manage contracts with owners and partners, and oversee project risks, opportunities, and budgeting. Strong relationship‑building with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders is essential, as is active participation in project meetings.
Candidates must have at least ten years of progressive experience in alternative delivery projects, a proven record of managing infrastructure programs exceeding $500 million, and familiarity with delivery methods such as Design‑Build, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3. Proficiency with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P‑6), HCSS, and civil field operations, together with the ability to travel and strong networking skills, are required. Experience working with state Departments of Transportation is highly valued.
The position offers competitive compensation based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a typical office work environment with occasional light physical activity. Work assignments are diversified and require interpretation of complex data, with periodic stress from deadlines and goal attainment.
