Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
Achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation, and quality targets.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among field crew.
Supervise the activities of 2-4 Field Supervisors, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to Mass Save and company best practice for safety and quality.
Complete daily closeout inspections.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist field management team with problem solving methods.
Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback to management, and ensure crews receive proper training.
Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to upcoming field supervisors, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
Work with Branch Manager on daily operations.

2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent preferred.
Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.

Obtain specialty “Insulation” Construction Supervisor license.
1+ years of experience in Field Supervisor role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
