In this position you will perform continuous quality checks, keep the forklift in good condition, and verify that the right goods are loaded onto vehicles and dispatched on schedule, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company Health and Safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
- Accurately pick orders and efficiently load trucks.
- Promptly communicate issues to appropriate personnel and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Comply with all quality systems to guarantee product standards.
- Follow established operating procedures.
- Keep detailed records and report issues clearly and accurately.
- Identify and segregate defective products, replacing damaged items with new pallets.

The Sittingbourne Plant is recruiting a full‑time Warehouse Operator (40 hours per week) who will rotate across early, late and night shifts. The role is ideal for candidates who are forklift‑certified, thrive in fast‑paced environments and adhere to strict safety protocols.
Successful candidates will be able to read dispatch notes, have experience with quality systems and health‑and‑safety regulations, possess strong communication skills, remain calm under pressure, hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence and be flexible to work days, nights and weekends.
