In this role you will drive software development initiatives, leading new feature development while collaborating closely with the internal product owner and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the roadmap and requirements. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and a third-party consulting firm, coordinating efforts to maintain seamless communication and objective alignment across all parties.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned developer with extensive modernization experience, able to rewrite critical paths, decompose monoliths into microservices, implement a SPA front end, and upgrade the .NET Framework to modern .NET (8/9). You should have a proven track record of leading small development teams, managing software projects, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to translate product requirements into high-quality solutions. Preference is given to experience in energy-management applications, analytics, reporting, or charting software.
