The Senior Technician (Site Lead) role focuses on site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. The Site Lead works with minimal supervision, provides daily work updates, and escalates to the project manager when needed, with a long‑term goal of training replacements and advancing into project management. Candidates must have prior access control and CCTV experience and reside within 30 miles of Philadelphia, PA.
- Follow and track project schedules.
- Direct communications between subcontractors and internal resources.
- Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret specifications, drawings, and control documents; maintain accurate system documentation.
- Perform installation and training on access control and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing security control systems.
- Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
- Document, communicate, and implement project changes.
- Execute work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Complete final testing and acceptance of security systems.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Maintain customer focus and commitment to client satisfaction.
