You will be responsible for leading small delivery teams of technical specialists and junior consultants as part of an integrated programme or project team. You will manage the delivery timetable and budget, and quality assure the work, working closely with the senior project/programme leader.

We are looking for talented People and Change consultants who are looking to grow their career in the infrastructure sector.

Capability in developing business proposals for clients by understanding their requirements and drawing together expertise from a multi-disciplinary firm.

  • A background in a consulting or inhouse environment with experience in two or more of our technical areas (team effectiveness & collaboration, leadership & capability, culture & organisational change, operating model & organisation development).
  • Project management and delivery skills including financial and risk management.
  • Typically, a degree and/or extensive experience in business or related discipline (HR, change management, management consulting or occupational psychology).
  • Chartered or working towards chartership/considering becoming a Chartered Management Consultant.
