The Quality Assurance (QA) team owns testing, risk management, and quality evaluation for all Epic products. QA engineers collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA management to identify risks, debug issues, and define quality for upcoming features and releases.
- Collaborate with Graphics Tools stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, plan testing coverage, and build tooling/automation.
- Examine technical gaps and automation initiatives across distributed teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure highest product quality.
- Build test strategies and test plans for multiple features in a fast‑paced environment.
- Use manual and technical testing skills to execute diverse techniques, analyze quality, and troubleshoot defects.
- Report and track data quality, using insights to drive conversations about product quality and development health throughout deployment cycles.
- Develop test plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross‑team QA projects, mentor junior staff, and own test quality improvements.
- Deliver high‑quality work and propose optimizations to close testing gaps.
