Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential

You’ll assist with the commercial management of several prime residential projects, working closely with senior commercial and project management staff. The role would suit an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to progress or an experienced Project QS.

• Learn from senior team members while managing your own workload
• Liaise with clients, consultants and site teams
• Support the preparation and management of cost plans and budgets
• Contribute to commercial strategy and project reporting
• Support contract administration and procurement
• Assist with valuations, variations and payment applications

A respected London based main contractor with an excellent reputation in the high end residential sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly and established team.

You’ll be based at their SW London office with regular site visits across prime London postcodes.

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in high end residential construction
• Confident using Excel and general MS Office tools
• Knowledge of refurbishment and D&B contracts
• Good understanding of contract law and commercial procedures

£40,000 to £70,000 + Benefits (depending on experience)
