In the initial phase, you will work in a supporting role, utilizing cutting-edge technology to create industry-leading, well-coordinated, and cost-efficient construction documents. Over time, you'll transition into a more senior role, attending project meetings and collaborating with architects, developers, contractors, and other design professionals to develop efficient and practical design solutions that ensure smooth project execution.
This role is based in our Orange, CA office, where you'll be part of an innovative and growing team. Additionally, we have an office in Denver, CO. If you're ever interested in relocating, the option to transfer to our Denver office is available!
As a Structural Design Engineer, you'll apply your expertise and proven productivity to perform a range of design tasks in collaboration with our design team. You'll develop creative solutions to project challenges and demonstrate proficiency with state-of-the-art design and documentation tools. Organizational and time-management skills will be essential as you prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You'll also have opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge through company training and mentorship from experts with decades of experience in wood, concrete, steel, and masonry design.
