Within the Performance Products division, the Manufacturing Engineer will join the Precision Small Batch Machine shop. The position suits an experienced machine‑shop engineer or shop‑floor programmer looking to expand their opportunities.

Proven machine‑shop background with extensive knowledge of milling and turning tools and processes.
Hands‑on problem‑solving and cost‑reduction mindset.
Experience working within a formal quality framework.
Good PC and business system skills.
Experience in precision, low‑volume production environments.
Automotive or similar industry experience.
Knowledge of gear form manufacturing.
Heat‑treatment knowledge.
