About The Role: Working closely across both the wider commercial team and the business, this role will provide support in the sales and operations cycle to ensure key corporate and commercial objectives are met. The role forms part of the UK market Commercial team and reports to the Commercial Director.
The position will use the CRM tool (Salesforce) to support pipeline analysis and business case development across the Boldyn Network customer base and markets, providing insights on sales performance and revenue management to senior stakeholders. It will also support and manage the development of sales operations processes through defined quality gates, offering visibility of challenges and solutions where appropriate.
The role will interface with the Group Sales Operations manager on behalf of the UK market, identifying standardisation opportunities, and will track public sector market engagement data to give Commercial leads insight into potential opportunities.
- Use Salesforce to analyze pipeline and develop business cases across the Boldyn Network customer base.
- Provide sales performance and revenue insights to senior stakeholders via Salesforce.

We are looking for candidates with experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred but not essential), knowledge of sales and operations cycles, and proven ability to analyse commercial data.
