  • Provide expert WHS advice and coaching to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the identification and management of WHS risks, with a focus on Acute High Risk Activities (AHRA)
  • Facilitate learning programs including a high impact frontline leader program and contribute to WHS data reporting and analysis
  • Lead the implementation of Stockland’s WHS management strategy, systems and Standards of Safety
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain a visible WHS leadership presence across operations and offices
  • Guide incident management processes including facilitating incident investigations for the most serious and ensure lessons learned are shared and acted upon

Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date

  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Crisis management experience and exposure to managing critical level incidents is highly desirable
  • An established career in WHS, ideally within construction, asset management or both
  • A minimum Diploma qualification or Degree in WHS, Risk, Environmental Management, Science or a related technical discipline
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice management systems
  • Experience or exposure in high-risk industries such as infrastructure, coal, mining, gas or energy
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with WHS systems, assurance processes and investigation methodologies, including experience managing critical incidents
