- Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment: Occasionally
- Maintain clear communicationwith the Shop Foreman regarding equipment status, required repairs, and parts needed.
- Perform field service callswith efficiency and urgency, completing repairs at job sites as needed.
- Adjusting, moving and lifting objects in all directions: Constantly
- Diagnose, inspect, and perform repairson diesel and gasoline engines, as well as other heavy machinery such as pavers, millers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Conduct scheduled maintenanceto prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
- Handle complex and major repairson hydraulic, electrical, fuel, transmission, exhaust, and brake systems.
- Document work performeddaily through work orders (paper or electronic)
