Oversees individual contributors in implementing, and documenting water contract administration and accounting and obligation tracking systems, including applications and interfaces to other computer systems.
Provides technical input for water contract negotiations including the development of accounting requirements necessary to administer the various water contracts as they apply to the WCAS and Contract Center systems.
Manages all activities, per the water contract and agreement terms and stipulations, for all association contract water accounts.
Provides technical guidance to team members throughout the data collection, validation and report preparation phases necessary to produce the annual Arizona Department of Water Resources reports and SRP's internal Water Operations and Statistics Report. Responsible for monitoring the progress of work activities and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines and/or contractual obligations.
Manages a team responsible for the accounting, administration, billing, data collection and reporting of land, water entitlements, water usage and money activities for contract water accounts.
Executes the implementation and maintenance of Water Contract Accounting System (WCAS) and the Contract Center system for managing contract obligations.
Monitors the contract life-cycle process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy.
Performs computer application business process analysis, business and system design, programming, testing, implementing, and documenting of water related agreements.
Provides consulting, training, and technical support to meet departmental needs and/or contractual obligations for SRP.
