Participate in lab activities and implementation of 5S
Develop techniques for evaluating performance such as chemical, mechanical durability of thin film
Support competency teams/PLs in NPD projects, different studies etc.

Experience in solid state chemistry of thin film is desirable

Global mindset, ability to work with cross functional teams and closely working with competency teams
Willing to travel on need basis to manufacturing plants and R&D centers across the globe (upto 30%)
