- Adjust schedules in response to unforeseen delays, equipment breakdowns, or urgent orders.
- Offer Letter to Successful candidate
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across five manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate with site managers, logistics, and sales teams to align production plans with customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities.
- Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and capacity utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

- Knowledge of concrete products or building materials is a plus
- Proven experience in production planning, ideally within a manufacturing or construction materials environment.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, scheduling tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
