Management of property and multi-disciplinary projects.
Leading stakeholder engagement and public consultations.
Support in obtaining Land Information New Zealand accreditation
Negotiating property acquisitions for major infrastructure projects under the Public Works Act, Land Act, Reserves Act, and Local Government Acts.
Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired and favourable outcomes for all parties.
Coordination and engagement with external parties and clients, including Crown agencies, councils, lawyers, valuers, surveyors and real estate agents.
Preparation of reports for clients and Crown agencies, including LINZ
Conducting property due diligence, scoping & research, including property strategies and property cost estimations.
Providing strategic property advice and delivering tailored solutions to our clients and landowners.

5+ years
Tertiary qualification in property, law, or a related field or equivalent and relevant industry experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
Comprehensive understanding and interpretation of complex and technical property legislation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Project
Ideally, you will have 5+ years’ property experience relevant to the role
Working knowledge and experience with the Public Works Act, Reserves Act, Treaty legislation, Land Act, and Local Government Act is hugely beneficial.
