- Perform database builds, configuration, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Administer and maintain Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB databases across test, development, and production environments.
- Collaborate with application support teams, system administrators, and project stakeholders to support projects (e.g., ADMS upgrades).

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field; or 8+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of database backup/recovery processes, performance tuning, patching, and builds.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with scripting for automation (KornShell, PowerShell).
- 5–7 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator supporting multiple platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
