  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of field activities, test results, and issue resolutions.
  • Operational Continuity : Collaborate with mix design and sustainability teams to ensure seamless handoffs and support.

  • Team Leadership : Supervise union and non-union field technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
  • Lab Oversight : Ensure consistent execution of strength testing and field sampling procedures.
  • Safety and Environment - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Dispatch & Scheduling : Manage daily technician assignments across multiple sites, ensuring coverage and responsiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Operations to align technical execution with business goals.
