Technician - Level 1

Description

The Technician 1 role focuses on performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas equipment. Technicians must work safely, adapt to changing priorities, and may need to supply their own tools while handling physical tasks such as lifting 50 lb or more in indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or GED; trade school training is a plus.
• Possess 1‑3 years of experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems for troubleshooting.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess bilingual ability (Spanish or other) when required.
