What You Bring
The ideal candidate must possess 7+ years of commercial real estate experience, specifically in Leasing (Retail or Industrial). Experience with leading and motivating teams is a must. An active Real Estate license. Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations. Established market network and connections preferred. -Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations. -High level of proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting. -Established network and connections throughout market. -An active Real Estate license. -Mid-level to advanced MS Office Suite competencies. -7+ years of commercial real estate experience, specifically in leasing (retail or industrial). -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate or other related fields preferred.
