Drive strategy for non-core crew utilization
Collaborate closely with Project Management and Operations teams to forecast workforce needs, and adjust resource allocation dynamically
Champion the use of analytics to trial new approaches in resource optimization, cost efficiency, and crew utilization
Lead, mentor, and coach your team through ongoing transformation, encouraging experimentation and learning to enhance workforce planning and mobilization effectiveness for field operations
Integrate specific milestones and measures (including items such as project kick-off, scope expansion, contingency planning, etc)
Partner with leaders to develop and execute comprehensive mobilization plans aligned with KSPS's strategic priorities to execute on projects and services
Provide senior leadership with insightful reporting on staff metrics and workforce trends
Drive continuous improvement in dispatching processes and technologies
Oversee the coordination of apprenticeship and IRA programs, ensuring they evolve alongside workforce strategies
Lead and mentor team members to apply Koch's Principle Based Management philosophy
Manage expectations proactively and report mobilization status, risks, and mitigation plans

Experience handling employee relations
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and fostering collaboration across divisions

Experience in workforce planning, staffing, or recruiting with a track record of implementing new ideas and processes
Familiarity with apprenticeship, IRA and/or qualification programs
Leadership experience in managing and inspiring teams through periods of change and innovation
