We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join the team on a large-scale multifamily construction project in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow into a lead superintendent role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents
- 1+ years of field experience with a general contractor; multifamily experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with project management or field software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
