As Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (depending on experience), you’ll report directly to the Construction Director and take ownership of one or two concurrent projects, depending on scale and complexity.
You’ll lead a dedicated team, overseeing project delivery, client engagement, financial performance, and the professional development of your staff. The focus is on complex, high-quality builds, typically valued between $10M and $40M, with this role specifically targeting projects $15M and above.
Due to ongoing project wins in this specialist space, you’ll be establishing and leading a new project delivery team within the business, working alongside five established teams already in operation. You’ll be supported by experienced Construction Managers, strong systems, and an organisation that backs its people to deliver at their best.
With a total package of $220k - $250k, this is an opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role within a respected builder that values precision, teamwork, and technical excellence.
