What you would be doing

- Perform batch adjustment and mass balance calculations.
- Execute Out-of-Specification (OOS) procedures and communicate findings to the customer.
- Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment, coordinating with manufacturers for timely repairs.
- Follow good safety, housekeeping practices, and Good Laboratory Practice standards.
- Learn and adhere to all analytical testing procedures and customer methods.
- Conduct a variety of wet chemistry tests, including pH, viscosity, and other basic analyses.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and other personnel as a team.
- Maintain awareness of and commit to the safe handling and use of chemicals in the lab.
- Enter analytical results into the database, review data entry, and submit results to customers.
- Test, approve, and release batches for production through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analyses.

- Familiarity with EPA - FIFRA and RICRA regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
- Experience in quality control.
- Experience with wet chemistry, including pH and viscosity analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
- 1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory is preferred.
- Flexibility to work any shift during busy seasons and on production lines during slower periods.
- Knowledge of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
