What you would be doing
batch calculations

Perform batch adjustment and mass balance calculations.
Execute Out-of-Specification (OOS) procedures and communicate findings to the customer.
Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment, coordinating with manufacturers for timely repairs.
Follow good safety, housekeeping practices, and Good Laboratory Practice standards.
Learn and adhere to all analytical testing procedures and customer methods.
Conduct a variety of wet chemistry tests, including pH, viscosity, and other basic analyses.
Collaborate with Quality Control and other personnel as a team.
Maintain awareness of and commit to the safe handling and use of chemicals in the lab.
Enter analytical results into the database, review data entry, and submit results to customers.
Test, approve, and release batches for production through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analyses.

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
Experience in quality control.
Experience with wet chemistry, including pH and viscosity analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory is preferred.
Flexibility to work any shift during busy seasons and on production lines during slower periods.
Knowledge of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
