Candidate will have 4 years experience in land development plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of 8 years.
Must have knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures preferably in California.
AutoCad/Civil 3D experience required.
Experience must include the ability to take grading plans from conceptual design to final plans, as well as preparation and processing of maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects, including road design, drainage and earthwork calculations.
