Assist with responding to customer queries and supporting service recovery where issues arise.
Liaise with operational teams, residents, local authorities and third-party providers to support effective project delivery.
Assist with monitoring project progress, delivery and spend to ensure works remain within scope and budget.
Assist with budget monitoring, specification writing, tendering activity and invoice checking in line with policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within in-house IT systems and project management tools.
Help track programme and project performance, escalating issues and risks to the Contracts Manager as required.
Support Contracts Surveyors in the delivery of planned maintenance and capital investment programmes.
Learn and develop an understanding of the Contracts Surveyor role within asset investment.
Undertake training and professional development, working towards qualifications required to progress to Contracts Surveyor level.
Learn and apply surveying techniques, including supporting stock condition surveys.
Support compliance with health & safety requirements, building regulations and relevant housing legislation.
Attend relevant meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in building management or housing management (desirable, not essential)
