As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Process Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position will perform continuous improvement and sustainment of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and ensure proper quality.

Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with progressive advancement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
