Technology Lead (Contract) – Tririga Implementation

Description

• Responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of Tririga at three specified European sites.
• Identify potential project risks, reporting progress, and implementing mitigation strategies when necessary to safeguard project objectives.
• Manage the rollout of QR codes across all sites, collaborating on logistics, integration with Tririga, and user enablement.
• Coordinate Tririga configuration workstreams, working closely with the client technology team to establish and manage task assignments and milestones.
• Manage end-to-end system testing, including the creation of test plans, scheduling, and issue tracking and resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of project activities and deliverables for audit and post-project assessment.
• Direct all aspects of data conversion, including planning, validation, and execution to ensure a seamless migration to Tririga.
• Oversee the setup of core project data requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness for system deployment.
• Plan and deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored for each location to support system adoption.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Tririga platform implementation at the specified sites, aligning to the client’s goals and project timeline.
• Develop and execute communications plans to ensure clear, timely updates to stakeholders and users throughout the implementation.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with client technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective delivery of tasks.
• Knowledge of systems integration and data migration best practices.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), capable of clearly conveying technical and project information to audience at all levels.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing requirements.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate team members toward successful outcomes.
• Exceptional technology project management and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in English; additional proficiency in German or experience working in the European context is a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope, from planning through go-live.
• Strong capability in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously including configuration, data, testing, training, conversion, and communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading Tririga platform implementations or similar technology rollouts, preferably in multi-site or international/regional contexts.
