Candidates must have a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for designing high‑quality structures. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or at least 24 credit hours toward that degree is required, along with plans to pursue a graduate program focused on structural engineering. Preference is given to individuals who are EIT‑certified and who can reliably commit a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Hold a BS in Civil Engineering or complete at least 24 credit hours toward that degree.
- Plan to enter a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Preferably be an EIT‑certified candidate.
