Specialist- Transfer Pricing

As a Specialist- Transfer Pricing, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with international and local tax regulations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Business Units, as well as external advisors, to prepare documentation, support audits, and contribute to strategic tax initiatives. • Use Orica’s global SAP platform to manage transfer pricing data and processes.
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax laws.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess potential impacts.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation of compliance gaps.
• Provide support to the Lead and Manager – Global Transfer Pricing on various strategic and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align transfer pricing policies across the business.
• Assist with quarterly and ad hoc pricing calculations for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation including Local Files, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing entries in financial reporting.
• Assist in intercompany pricing calculations and review of transfer pricing agreements.
• Conduct benchmarking and economic analysis for intercompany transactions.

• Moderate understanding of OECD guidelines and global tax regulations.
• A professional qualification in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally with Big 4 or multinational experience.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and advisory projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
