The Leasing Associate guides prospects from initial contact through occupancy, handling phone inquiries, qualifying applicants, preparing lease documents, and coordinating move‑in procedures. They develop and execute leasing plans to attract new tenants while retaining existing residents, conduct property tours, and ensure vacant units are show‑ready. Additionally, they collect deposits, process rent payments, communicate unit status to maintenance, and stay informed on pricing, vacancies, and fair‑housing regulations.
Successful candidates are proficient with Microsoft Office, possess reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Reliability, honesty, and fluency in English are essential, and weekend availability is required.
