- Align project portfolios with business objectives.
- Analysis and monitoring of the key performance metrics of the projects in a coordinated manner and crafting project reports on a regular basis.
- Lead and support project management teams.
- Management of international projects and intercultural teams
- Contribution to the establishment of key PM Processes and common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensure adherence to Siemens Energy Methodology.
- Managing complex projects involving internal & external collaborators.
- Develop and maintain project management standards and guidelines.
- Develop and apply project management methods to improve team skills and encourage collaboration.
- Maintenance of PM IT platforms and contribution to development of PM interactive platforms and share points.
- Reporting performance and supporting on organizational level through effective use of metrics and visual data reporting of projects performance.

- Technical & Financial education as background is required.
- Rich experience of involvement in active project management role.
- Project Management Qualification as Certified Project Manager according to IPMA or similar
- Mastering & understanding of practical project execution.
- Deep Knowledge of high voltage substation business and systems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or in a related project management field, or equivalent experience
