Property Sales Navigator

Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Sales Navigator. The Property Sales Navigator will be responsible for assisting clients with property sales, showcasing properties, conducting property tours, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions. The role also includes handling negotiations, preparing sales documents, and providing market-based guidance. Collaborating with marketing, listing, and development teams to enhance service offerings may be required.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Proficiency in marketing, property evaluation, and investment advisory
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, particularly properties within Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and target-driven environments
• Real estate knowledge, expertise in property sales, and practical experience in client engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
