Clamping and structural support of pipe systems
Read and interpret welding process specifications.
Ensure all welding equipment is clean and functional
Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes
This position may be required to direct, coach and mentor Junior B Welders
Operate picker truck for hoisting and lifting devices
Assist with installing pressure vessels and piping systems
Participating in, accepting and adopting the safety principles

Picker truck operators license with the ability and willingness to drive long distances
Experience in vessel or process pipe, preferably with natural gas compressor packages
Experience working on new and used piping systems
Ability to travel and work extended shift rotations in the field
Possess excellent communication, organizational and people skills
Hold a valid B Pressure Welder Certificate and must pass a shop “B” Pressure weld test
Minimum 3 years directly related field service work experience
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment health assessment including a drug and alcohol test
Ability to work overtime or shift work
Able to work collaboratively with variety of Tradesmen
